Different IPs on different pages

I'm using OpenVPN with PFSense and every IP check (or DNS leak check) website I look at shows that my IP address has been successfully hidden except for the PIA website which shows my ISP assigned IP address.

Is there something different the PIA website uses to detect IP address which other IP detection sites don't? I was thinking this might have to deal with firewall aliases that I use to whitelist IP addresses for Netflix and Prime Video servers. Is this likely the issue? I'm happy to whitelist Amazon and Netflix using a different method but I'm not aware of an effective method other than creating an alias with a bunch of IP addresses.

    Personally I think whitelisting / selective routing is dangerous and wouldn't do it, period.
    If your theory is correct, then you have already shown the reason why!

    Have you tried clearing your browser cache or using a private browsing window to test it? Sometimes the browser just caches the whole page which includes your IP from when you visited it using your ISP IP.
