VPN not working over LTE

PIA App wont' connect to VPN over LTE.
Signed up today and couldn't get VPN connected.  Tried opening a technical ticket on your support portal but it wouldn't go through.  Had to open a general ticket.  I also replied to the account setup email to try to get some support.
So far this whole process has been awful from the start.  And not having any support phone number is just that much more frustrating.  I would like to cancel my account and get a refund.  How can I contact a real person to get this done?
