@p7455032 I'm sorry to hear your forum post was overlooked. Have you tried filing a support ticket though? That's the official support channel. Forum posts will always have a longer wait time.
@p7455032 I have just looked up your ticket (using your forum registration email) and it seems we have already replied to it, but you never replied back so it expired after a month of inactivity.
Have you checked your spam folder, and did you receive the notice that says your ticket was successfully opened? You should get a confirmation email within minutes of sending a ticket in: if you don't get that email, chances are it was blocked by your spam filter.
