the tooltip which will display the port number

Hi

i want enable port forwarding 

i already follow the steps in support center 

but i stop at port number step

After enabling port forwarding and re-connecting to one of the above gateways, please hover your mouse over the System Tray or Menu Bar icon to reveal the tooltip which will display the port number. You can then enter this port into your software.

i didnt see any tooltip    .... i uninstall the PIA and reinstall it again but same thing 

how i can get the port number to put it in torrent client ?

You have to wait a bit.  Then, when you take your mouse to the dark green PIA icon, it will say "connected to xxxx port xxxx".  You take that number.  If after a minute or so you don't see any number, there is something wrong with the installation as it works well.

There is any API, see the thread about it.

But you're probably either not connecting to one of the supported gateway locations (see the Client support page!), looking in the wrong place, or indeed not waiting long enough. Perhaps one of the PIA Manager user can post a screenshot of the tooltip?
