Service not connecting

So I've had PIA installed and working fine for over a month, but now it is no longer connecting. It stays stuck on the connecting icon and won't even let me disconnect. I tried closing the service out altogether and restarting it but it still is stuck in the connecting mode. I can't adjust settings at all because I can't disconnect. I turned off windows firewall completely and reinstalled TAP drivers but it still wont work. How can i resolve this?

  • Hi, do you use an antivirus software and if yes, which one? Does the app become functional again if you reboot your computer completely up to the point you try connecting?
