    I'm in my PIA account and it said:

    Subcribed since Dec 23 2015 (2 years payment)

    renew end in 4 days

    next billing: dec 23, 59.95$

    It doesn't mention if this is 1 year or 2 year. how do I know?

    Just an head up, i receive no other reply since my last reply.
    I feel the customer service is bad.

    I put 2 ticket to airvpn for some question and both was answer under 1 hour.

    I sign up with airvpn. To bad PIA couldn't fix my issue. I been an customer for an long time and never complaint once until I need to renew or subscribe to the 2 year one I wanted.
