pfSense 2.4.2 - setup steps?

I'm following the pfSense setup steps from https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/pages/client-support/pfsense but I think this is not for the latest version from pfSense (2.4.2.)

Can anyone help with the correct setup steps for this latest version?

I see allot of people having issues setting up the port-forward part of Pfsense, so I would be really happy to see that.
Also a easy but important step, set PIA DNS in DHCP if used
