Username or password is incorrect

in Linux VPN Setup
Hello, I'm running client v75 under Debian Linux. After changing my password through the website and then rebooting just to be sure, I tried to log in and now I get "Authentication Failure: Your username or password is incorrect. Please check your credentials and try again."

I have re-reset my password and still cannot successfully log in. Any ideas?

    The password to the Control Panel?

    The password on your PIA App to access the VPN?

    the login for your account on the website is the same as what you use as VPN credentials (username+password). but if you change the password, give the change 10 mins to propagate from the web server to the VPN server(s).
