I would just like to take a moment to stop and thank everyone at Private Internet Access for all of their efforts to keep us safe on the Internet.
Coming up this July will be my fourth year as a PIA customer, I upgraded my subscription this holiday season as a Christmas present to myself. I intend to remain a Private Internet Access customer as long as you are in business!

I second the thanks to PIA, it's management, all the staff at the help desk, and last but not least, the guys in the back room with the Twinkies and Mountain Dew.

I can understand why a lot of people distrusted PIA recently due to our issues with support delays and support quality, and how that appeared/looked like from an external point of view. This forum alone was a pretty sad place just a few months ago and didn't inspire much confidence to new users. 2017 has been a rough year for PIA due to major internal changes, but we're ready to be back in full force in 2018!
