VPN often takes many tries to connect and stay connected
Hello, just now when I went to check my GroupMe messages on my iphone, I noticed the VPN was in "Connecting" mode when I looked in Settings and it would stay there for a couple of minutes, then the switch that indicates if the VPN is on or off would quickly switch back and forth from the "on" position to the "off" position and then back to the "on" position again while still saying "Connecting" beside "VPN" in Settings (still trying to connect, but was only connected very briefly apparently as only one or two GroupMe messages would come through as a notification when the button would switch back and forth but I had 8 new messages). I have seen it do this before and was curious what may be causing it to do that. Sometimes it takes a very long time to finally show the "VPN" in a box at the top of the phone and for the "Connecting" message to stay gone.
Also, when connected, some times the VPN box at the top of the phone shows up on the right side instead of the left side when I am in an app like Facebook or Google Maps even though there is nothing on the left side that would block it from its normal position. What does it mean when the VPN box is on the right instead of the left?
