Port Forwarding through wired router (Amazon FireStick)
I'm curious. When running PIA (PC) through a wired router, do you have to manually open ports? Does this change when running through Amazon Firestick?
I'm trying to diagnose speed issues with while running PIA on Amazon Firestick. No PIA D/L is 35Mbs. With PIA D/L is 10Mbs. Incidentally PIA works like a champ on PC. 50Mbs on a 60Mbs connection and this is through the same router. I'm looking for suggestions to squeeze another 5Mbs out. Thanks you.
FYI changing to the supposed #1 VPN client Express VPN, did not help. PIA was double the speed. I've already requested a refund. I only mention this because the problem may well be with the firestick itself. I just need help proving it. Thank you.

Especially considering it works fine on your PC through the same router, it seems likely that the issue is the stick not being fast enough to VPN this fast.
