Feature Request: Spoof Time Zone of Browser.

I would like to see the feature implemented to which a users browser time zone is spoofed to the country location of the IP / Server they are connected to.

Windscribes service is an example of this which helps bypass some geo restrictions when the system time does not match the actual IP location the user is connected to.
