Speeds horribly slow, constant discconects, sometimes cna't even connect. For the last 2 weeks

I don't know what the hell is going on.

Lately I have been getting constant disconnects, extremely slow speeds.  I had to turn on the VPN kill switch because it's been getting disconnected CONSTANTLY.  

The speed is TERRIBLE.  On my Gig connection, I am going as long as 12 d 2 u.  Websites won't even load.  This is completely random, sometimes it works fine, other times it doesnt.

I have tried reinstalling the tap driver, reinstalling Private Internet Access, nothing is working.   This is on the east coast.

What is going on.

Sometimes when I disconnect and reconnect it works for like 2 minutes, and then goes back to crap.,
