LOG ID#185
Hello - I saw another person reported similar problems and you asked for a log, so I created one and already submitted it.
My issue is that when I have PIA running I get ZERO Internet access. As soon as I disable it, everything is fine...but then......
So, please let me know what needs to be done. I have used PIA for a couple of years with no trouble, then suddenly a couple of days ago it's acting up. I've tried connecting to different nodes, which will probably appear in the log, but the same results.
Thank you

Thank you for the debug log. It's always much much easier for us to troubleshoot with those as we have all the information handy!
According to your log, it seems that PIA got confused with itself and there's a bunch of stray routes remaining causing trouble. You are getting a lot of these in your log as your connection attempts kept failing:
This helpdesk article should reset everything back to normal: https://helpdesk.privateinternetaccess.com/hc/en-us/articles/219459227-I-am-receiving-the-error-Warning-route-gateway-is-not-reachable-on-any-active-network-adapters-X-X-X-X-in-my-debug-log
PS: v65 is getting a bit old, current version is v75 and we're getting close to releasing v76 as well. I don't think any of those (except v76) does anything to help with this particular issue, but I figured I should point that out as well.
Hope this helps!
For a week.
Now I'm back and going through those same steps again.
Should I expect to need that so often?
Thanks again.
Have you updated to v75 yet? Does reapplying the fix works again?
Is this being addressed in v76? Could my ISP be doing something to block the VPN? I'm moving to a new location later this week, but will only have the same ISP as a service option.
I can confirm however that it is purely a local issue: it is definitely not something to do with your ISP so you should be fine on that.
In the meantime you might want to try OpenVPN directly instead of going through the app as it tends to manage edge cases like this a bit better (but not always).
