OpenVPN Install on pfSense - Very Slow

I just used the tutorial to install PIA via OpenVPN on a pfSense box (Netgate SG-3100) and I am maxing out at 10% of bandwidth: 15-20mb/s vs my typical 200mb/s+. IPS provided speed is 200/20. Any suggestions?

here is my suggestion. follow the strong encryption method posted here: https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=142335.0

once done don't settle on one specific server(especially the one closest to you) connect to one. then go to https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/pages/network/ and run a speed test.... stick with one that gives you good speeds
