The computer shows that I am a "local" Administrator since I created a password offline instead of using Microsoft outlook email address  I think this is the reason why I cannot download PVN on my new Dell window computer.  It says "you must be an Administrator", but  I am.  Please advise.

This is to follow up on my previous post.  The word "local" is no longer there.  It shows that I am the Administrator.  I tried to download PIA one more time.  I received the following message:  "You must run  Private Internet Access as Administrator". I am the Administrator.  It shows under setting/accounts.  I am using Window 10.  Thank you.

I was able to resolve the problem by going to the folder and right clicked on the PIA link and chose "run as Administrator".
