2 days ago ads started popping up on 90% of sites i normally use . using windows 10 and chrome app tracking tab all 5 are check marked. also app by clock does not block them either

You have Windows Defender going? I use that and Spyhunter (do a Defender offline scan will require a reboot) Personally recommend Opera Browser with extension uBlock installed Most browsers get paid by ads but are a security risk with malware encrypting your PC not uncommon
