"More..." button does not work

Hi there,

I've successfully installed PIA v75 on Ubuntu 17.10, after recently switching to linux. The trouble is, the "More..." button which is normally used to choose a host country does not respond. This means I can only connect with what's available on the first page.  Anyone has a work around?

    Would you mind trying v76 and see if it works any better? I don't have very high hopes that it will fixed for sure as this menu is managed by Ubuntu itself through the AppIndicator extension, but reinstalling/updating stuff can always help.

    Other than that, you can also select the regions by opening the application's settings window and select the region from there.

    I would like to test v76 on Pop!_OS (Ubuntu 17.10) but the download link in Firefox 58 shows an access error when I click it.
