iOS App not working
Hi,
The iOS app has stopped working suddenly. I was able to connect yesterday, but today I am unable to even login to the app on iOS.
It just keeps giving the "Request Timed Out" error when I am trying to login.
Android and Windows apps seem to be working fine.

The iOS App still isn't logging in.
I'm also facing the same issue on my iOS device. It's working fine on my laptop, however I've tried everything on my iPhone (Used different iOS device, Set up OpenVPN, L2TP, resetting Network settings, using WiFi/Data, updating iOS version and PIA app) but it still won't work. This has been going on for two days now
Would be grateful if anyone can help with this.
Simply login in to your Customer Control Panel on the website. There is a new section under the password changing section to join the Mobile beta program. Simply click on the button and follow the instructions.
