iOS App not working

Hi,

The iOS app has stopped working suddenly. I was able to connect yesterday, but today I am unable to even login to the app on iOS.
It just keeps giving the "Request Timed Out" error when I am trying to login.

Android and Windows apps seem to be working fine.

    I'm also facing the same issue on my iOS device. It's working fine on my laptop, however I've tried everything on my iPhone (Used different iOS device, Set up OpenVPN, L2TP, resetting Network settings, using WiFi/Data, updating iOS version and PIA app) but it still won't work. This has been going on for two days now :(

    Would be grateful if anyone can help with this.
  • My iOS app stopped working after an update a few days ago. It stopped connecting and after network config reset and app re-install I can't get past the login ("Request timed out"). App version is 2.3(7743), iOS is up to date.
  •  The new iOS application (currently in beta) allows customers to connect using OpenVPN. You can change protocols from within application settings. 
    Simply login in to your Customer Control Panel on the website. There is a new section under the password changing section to join the Mobile beta program. Simply click on the button and follow the instructions.

    You can reinstall it on your iPhone, but before doing so that , you need to clean up your phone , including some junk files and useless data ,
