    pia-v76-beta works fine on kubuntu 17.10 machine. pia-v75 did not install a desktop or tray interface on ubunt 17.10 machine. I was hoping to see better port forwarding support with the beta. New PIA port forwarding api won't usually return a port. Get already running, need to connect--------, timeout warnings.Tried many servers.

    V76-beta also does not show any desktop  interface on  Ubuntu 17.10. Only way to turn vpn off is uninstall.No amount of clicking the green guy in Unity search will make anything happen.

    I run it on Ubuntu 16.04.3 with no issues i move to the v77 also with no issue have you tried v77?. It may work better for you.

    Thanks evilvibes but just tried v77 with same result, no  way to access PIA interface. Only way to get to it is uninstall and reinstall. Locking little green guy to launcher did not help either.
