PIA tray menu request

Can we get the right-click menu in the PIA Tray Icon condensed? Maybe put all the available connections under sub-menus arranged by continent (or region or even country) - any organization would be better than the current arrangement.

    Thanks for the idea I will make sure our DEV team sees this and if it's viable and/or requested enough it will be slated for future releases.
