There are 43 locations in the database file. Are you asking how you can use those locations, or are you asking for more locations other than what is listed?

if you set up your own OpenVPN *server* out there in the cloud somewhere, you'll likely need only to change the server name (resolved by DNS) or use the external IP address for the server

Do you mean more than one PIA server? Do you mean at the same time or just in general?

By default unless you picked the IP version of the files, it uses the DNS hostname so it pretty much grabs a fresh IP each use.
