ISP provider blocks all the remote access ports
Hello my friends, I need your help, I have a home server and the ISP provider blocks all the remote access ports like (3306,22,21). So I need to access the ports somehow I have configured directly and working on my router the VPN access of the service pia, plus I try to access my server through IP and the ports forwarded to mine to it and it does not work. Is this the right way or am I mistaken?
Ps. This has to work directly from my router I can not install the software from the pia or any vpn script on my server.

What kind of router setup do you have @augusto? Port forwarding from a router to a machine isn't too easy to set up so you will need scripting on the router, but if you can do that it's probably doable.
Max-P is right I can not access from outside my server I will explain next.
