Can't connect to any servers

in Windows VPN Setup
Hello all. I mainly use PIA on my Mac, because I mainly use my Mac. I decided to load PIA on my PC. It starts up fine, but when I right click on it and select any server to connect to, nothing happens. It won't connect to a single one. I'm using windows 10 education edition, if you need to know that ahead of time. Let me know if you need anymore information, I have a habit of putting far less info than that which is needed. Thanks.

    Hi thegreenmachinesw,

    Do you have any antivirus installed? If so, this could be what is causing issues or a port block. We recommend adding exceptions to it if you do have AV. If that doesn't work try changing ports.

    I have webroot installed, but it's not activated, because I don't have the money to activate it. Would this make a difference? I've tried changing ports, different UDP ports and TCP ports, it doesn't seem to work. Any other clues?

    @thegreenmachinesw, it's conceivable that  Webroot could interfere even though it's inactive — AV can hook quite deeply into your system and cause issues even when disabled. In looking through our ticket history, it looks like we have seen some connectivity issues with Webroot before. It's definitely worth adding exceptions to see if that resolves the issue. 

    If that doesn't resolve the issue, please send us a debug log, and I'll be happy to take a look at what's happening here.
