Potential Torrent DNS leak (?)

Hi all,
while on some other pages which check for torrent leaks it all seems fine, when I check with doileak.com there are two DNS requests from different IPs, one from Germany and one from the US. (Neither is mine as far as I can tell.)
I am currently using both socks5 within qBit (netherlands) and the pia app for linux (set to Canada).
Does anyone have an explanation for the two additional IPs involved?

    What are the IPs in question? Without this information, it's going to be a little hard to identify what they are and where they come from. If they are PIA server IPs then it's nothing to worry, if it's your ISP's IPs then something is clearly wrong.

    Do you see any leaks on http://dnsleak.com ?
