Product literally just not working.
What am I paying for if this doesn't actually change my location???? Every time I check my location its my real location, even though it says im connected somewhere else. I'll clear my cache and restart everything then SOMETIMES it works, then next time I check without even disconnecting its my real location again. Who do I talk to about a refund for this?

That's not normal! Can you submit us a debug log so we can have a closer look at what's happening?
I'm sure either us here on the forum or on support can help you out to resolve this issue, but if you really want a refund still, you need to contact support here and they should take care of that for you.
