Never seen Firewall popup after testing IP-DNS

I was randomly testing today @ IP DNS Detect website and got this Firewall popup that never seen before which I temperately blocked.  Don't know exactly if I should allow it next time or permanently block it.  Thanks

    That's apparently a request to PIA's DNS server (on port 53 which is also DNS), so it should be safe to let it through. I'm not sure why you'd get such a popup, especially for a system/kernel process but that appears to really just be a DNS request.

    Without knowing the actual request it tried to send it's a bit hard to tell what it is, why and if it's anything to worry.
