cannot send mail via my new hosting provider Fastcomet

I am having a lot of mailing with their support but I read that VPN providers often block SMTP?
I need my SMTP to work when having my VPN
IS tere anything I can do to sove this? What do I need to whitelist?

  • SOme of my original post is lost for a strange reason.
    I moved my websites to another hosting provider and now I cannot sent SMTP mail anymore.
    The hosting provider is fastcomet.com.  I have read that VPN provider often block SMTP acces to IP addresses taht they do not know. Having SMTP is a MUST for me. SO how do I get it whitelisted??
  • @mrbert, I've just whitelisted your server and you should be able to send mail now :) 

  • Hello. Current restrictions on SMTP servers lead me to consider changing from VPN provider. Any recommendations? Do you know if these restrictions are in place in all other VPNs? Thank you very much for your opinion and help. Thank you.
