Can I get OpenVPN file using UDP 1197 ?

Hello,

I live in UAE and for a while they blocked the application ,but it's been working perfectly on OpenVPN . but 2 days ago this stopped as well (it just connects and work for few seconds then stops)

However I'm thinking maybe if i try protocol 1197 or another protocol other than 1198 , 502 ! might work ! but can't do the file right 

if someone can upload UK or Singapore file to try it would be grateful

    Did this work? PIA to UK is not working for me using the app.

    No it didn't. As far as we're aware, the UAE blocks PIA by IP so nothing works at all. We'll likely deploy new IPs once ShadowSocks is ready to avoid that, but at the moment there's nothing possible that I'm aware of.
