How to stop the "Version Upgrade" notices in Windows?
The latest version (v77) of PIA won't start on my system, so had to downgrade to v75. However, how I'm getting an annoying "version upgrade" about every half hour. 
How do I stop that?
Under settings, "Show desktop notifications" is not ticked, but the upgrade notice apparently doesn't respect that setting. Is there perhaps an IP address it checks for updates which I can block in the meantime? Or some other way of disabling that notice?
