uTorrent on laptop won't connect through proxy [Fixed]

I have two computers; desktop and laptop.  Both have PIA VPN and uTorrent installed.  On both I have uTorrent set to use the Socks5 proxy, with the exact same settings each.  On the desktop, this works so-so (I have to exit and restart uTorrent to get it to start downloading), but on the laptop, it never starts downloading.

Settings:
  • All checkboxes: checked
  • Type: Socks5
  • Proxy: proxy-nl.privateinternetaccess.com
  • Username/password: (the stuff given to me by PIA)

The desktop is wired to the modem, the laptop is wireless.

Somehow, all torrents on the laptop stay stuck in "Connecting to peers 0.0%".

    PPTP/L2TP/SOCKS Username and Password are different than your PIA credentials. You must generate them from your user control area on PIA's website

    That is what I did, which is why it sort-of works on my desktop computer.

    Turns out it was a typo in the proxy address. :s  My apologies for wasting your time.
