Montreal Node Extreme Slowness

Montreal seems to be seriously bogged down lately - I'm lucky to see speeds above 5MB/s and I'm on a 1gb line :(  Even going offline, updating, rebooting, etc, hasn't cleared anything up :(  Can't try the other CA nodes as I'm blacklisted on too many sites with Vancouver, and Toronto isn't showing a Port.

    Thanks @Max-P - you are THE best tech PIA has *ever* had!  You might not always know the answers right away (most of the time you actually do!), but you always submit reports, respond VERY quickly to posts, and always follow up!

    I hope your superiors read some of the comments about you and your SUPERB work!
