All I have to add is again, please be patient. You have been sending replies upon replies to ask for updates, but doing so you're also continuously putting yourself back at the end of the queue because your ticket's last updated changed.
You also opened your forum thread yesterday, and so far you have asked again in it at least three times, opened this thread and emailed me personally. All within 36 hours, on a sunday. You are not helping yourself there either because you are increasing everyone's load that would otherwise have been used to get to your actual issue faster.
Our support is unfortunately still a bit behind but we still usually respond within a day, sometimes two. Give us the time to respond to you, and we will. Just be patient, there's other people before you that also needs help.
