PIA Windows v77 Not connecting

Hello! so when I was using v75 on Windows 10, it would connect just fine but since updating to v77 it will hang on connecting to the point of making my internet unusable. but when I reinstall v75 it connects just fine. is this common?

    As far as I'm aware, no this is not common but that's strange!

    Do you happen to be using a system in Japanese or Hungarian by chance? I'm aware of some localization issues with the v77 release that are fixed in v78 (you can get it through the beta program as explained here), so if you're using one of those languages you'll want to wait for v78 or use the beta (it's pretty stable, beta warning is generic because we never know what we will put in a beta).

    Otherwise, can you send us a debug log from v77 so we can have a look at what's going on?

    Good luck... they seem to not be interested in fixing before release or providing solutions to their error's with TAP.  Im baffled with so many TAP problems,, how could you miss this during testing other than doing testing with only the same people who did the update.
