v77 macOS client Ruby issue;
Since upgrading from the v74 to v77 client (macOS 10.13.3), when I launch PIA there's a Ruby process that opens from an "external volume" that doesn't show up in Finder, but is visible through other volume managers. I can't "eject" the volume because it's in use. When I shut down down the PIA client, this Ruby volume stays put until I manually shut it down, which works fine with the PIA client shut down. The volume name begins 6B004751-[...] and goes on another 24 characters.
What's changed in this new version and what's going on here? Can the client be streamlined to either unmount the volume automatically on shutdown, or go back to the old behaviour which apparently did not need to do this in the first place?
