Why doesnt PIA answer my refund request ?

  • Just processed the refund for you! The reason you didn't receive a reply for a few days is because our system sorts tickets by the last time they were updated. That means that each time you emailed to check the status of the refund, it bumped you to the back of the ticket queue. I'm terribly sorry for the trouble!
