PIA VPN Connected vs Disconnected Issue

So I'm not sure if this is from PIA or not, but after I had installed it, when the VPN is disconnected, it seems like I'm unable to access some sites on the internet, mainly any website that requires me logging in.  Edge gives me the error INET_E_DOWNLOAD_FAILURE after I try to sign in.  Trying on Chrome as an alternative to see what happens, I get the code ERR_SSL_BAD_RECORD_MAC_ALERT.  I tried looking up these codes on the internet to try to resolve this on my own, but I don't think I've really found anything relevant to this.  As soon as I connect with the VPN both browsers start working like normal again, so I'm not exactly sure what's going on.

    i fixed mine with a driver update for the killer Wireless AC1550 card i had. had to turn the vpn on to connect and down load it then install. after that i turned the vpn off and it seems to work just fin now. hope this helps.

    Thank you for the inquiry. We actually just released a new version of the application (v1.2.1). Can you please uninstall PIA completely, reboot the device, then reinstall 1.2.1? A full uninstall/reinstall  (not an upgrade) needs to be completed as many bugs and fixes were resolved with this issue. However if the same issue returns after installing 1.2.1, please let us know. - PIA CS TEAM
