Port forwarding with torrent client

Having a weird issue with my port forwarding. I was having an intermittent "no incoming connections" issue with Deluge on Linux Mint, so someone suggested using port forwarding. I switched to a server that allows port forwarding, and then I enter the assigned port into Deluge. It worked for about a week, but now I get "no incoming connections" regardless of whether I have an assigned port or a random one.
All of the bandwidth settings in Deluge are maxed out. I emailed into support, and they had mentioned it's ongoing and that trying a different port should work, but I've gone through 3 or 4 and same deal. Kinda stumped here, wondering if anybody has the same issue.

Do you still get a port when you connect to PIA, and have you made sure to put that port into Deluge? It tends to change across connections so you may have missed the port change.
If that's all good, can you tell me which region you connect to and approximately which hours and timezone you try to use Deluge so I can run some more tests on my end?
