  • I installed it this morning, works great. I'm also a beta tester.

  • I'm still waiting for more feedback on it.
  • installed it on a windows 7 machine.   a new interface.   so far it works fine from a uninstall/ reboot and reinstall of 78.

tomorrow will be a full day so i can use it a little more

Off topic: is it necessary to do a complete uninstall first as described in:

It looks like the update make me crazy, i can't connect to a specific url [removed by moderator] when using the CA-Vancouver server.
ps: im using "eset smart security" and "Malwarebytes", but works fine before

  • @iandiir Seems to be working fine for me! What error are you getting?

I have also removed the link from your post as it links to a piracy site and we can't have that here.
  • 3 days so far no issues that i have experienced
  • I did an uninstall of 77 then installed 78, no problems here.
  • No problems so far :)
And I'm glad this version shows the right IP in the tooltip.
  • The release notes say:

Show region latency under "Manage Regions" - where is this??

Allow power users to specify additional OpenVPN config switches - how??

Managing regions is done in the settings window. There are now two buttons there to manage favorites and advanced settings.

As for the advanced OpenVPN switches, if the "openvpn.conf" file exists in the main directory (C:\Program Files\pia_manager on Windows, /opt/pia/ on Linux) it will be added to the OpenVPN command line.
