Streaming

March 2018 in Android VPN Setup

Hi, I originally opened a ticket but did not get a clear answer so hopefully so one can give me some info. I am using a minix u9-h android box. When I have block local network checked I get bad frame drops when streaming, as mxplayer has to decode the video instead of the hardware. (top right of screen says HW+ when decoding). I uncheck the box and everything is super smooth. So my question is how can google app bypass the VPN when access to the local network is allowed?
