Unfortunately, we (and other VPN services) have been blocked aggressively in Dubai. It looks like they're blocking hostnames, many of our IPs, and they're also heavily throttling VPN protocols. We're working on obfuscation that should help with this block, but we're not quite ready to deploy yet.

Just create a mechanism to manually enter an ip address for API resolution in the apps and create another ip for this purpose than the default address. It should make it work in this particular country and stop making your IP addresses publicly available and make it easier for them.
