pia andriod app not working username\password invalid
but in my pc windows 10 app is working with no problems
i see the same problem in othar discussion (in dubai)
for more info my country is saudi arabia
so if they blocked your vpn i want to cancel and refund

Sorry for the delays.

This error means the app wasn't able to reach the main website, which sounds normal given you're in a region that censors VPNs.

I would recommend giving OpenVPN a try on your phone as it won't rely on DNS like the app does. You will need to use the by-ip profiles with it!

Can you please make an Android setup tutorial? The above is iOs

The tutorial I linked is for Android. The screenshots are a bit from an old version, but the setup should still work.

Please note that the guide does link to an iOS page for the VPN profiles, but they are compatible with Android too. It just happens that the iOS guide was written first and the page remained as-is. It haven't been updated in a long time, it just automatically generate the profiles from the current server list.
