Probably going to install gentoo or slackware -- possible to connect without a binary client?
Im just taking a wild guess that packages are probably only available as .deb, .rpm, or maybe .yum packages.
I was gonna dual boot with win edu, and Im not quite ready to do the install (as setting up everything from a terminal and maybe compiling from source is gonna take time and im busy with school)
But im just wondering if I can straight up connect through openVPN without the client application, or if there is a linux client application in source (Probably not, proprietary I know) because I could easily compile that.
im guessing theres probably a way to connect manually to the servers .
