Port Forwarding not working today !

Hello,
Today port forwarding not working for me.
I try the new or old API et same result :
I get the port, but when I try on transmission or https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/
they said my port is close.
I try this on many location (spain, france, deutch ...) always same result not working ...

Port forwarding service is down ?

    I am a new user who signed up yesterday, and have been unable to get Port Forwarding to work.   I have tried both Montreal and Toronto.  In both cases, I am able to get a port from the API, but the port is reported as closed via the VPN IP Address.  No issues when trying the port using my ISP provided IP address.
