in Windows VPN Setup

I signed up to PI, received my name and password and found the little icon in the tray to make it connect. I’ve restarted and updated and cleared everything but when PIVPN finally dose connects to something, if I try to open a browser it just says no internet connection. This is a very fast and reliable connection we have here. I didn't even open the advanced menu and left the opening window as is, I think, I might of changed the “on start up” button. Any help appreciated, this is the first time I've used a VPN.

    Windows 10?
    PIA manager version? (possibly in the bottom corner of the advanced settings menu accessed through the tray icon).

    From my understanding, your PIA tray icon logo has changed color from amber/orange to green suggesting you are connected successfully. However, browser x? has no internet access.

    Does your network icon display a yellow warning indicating no internet access? Can you open command prompt and type: ping 8.8.8.8 which will attempt to send and receive data over the internet, does it look successful?

    I'm trying to setup my vpn to login to my office. I've done the directions as provided - run Windows Power Shell as the Administrator, I've entered "Get-vpnconnection" and it does nothing but send me to another command prompt.

    Any help would be most appreciated!
