On reboot start app, processes run but tray icon does not, Win 7. Have to kill and restart
I have two computers running Win 7 Pro 64bit. One has PIA v75 and the other v78.
On both the same thing happens. I had PIA set to auto start and one is set to auto connect as well.
When I reboot the computer logging in as Admin the PIA tray icon never appears.
When I check the process list in Task Manager the processes are running.
I then have to kill them and then run the PIA app again.
It then starts and the tray icon appears as normal.
For now I have set it to not auto start.
But auto start doesn't matter.
This seems to be a problem when the computer reboots and I start it the first time.
So the problem occurs whether it starts manually or via auto start the first time after reboot.
Once I get it working I leave it running whether connected or not (but usually it's connected) and then it's fine until the next reboot.
