PIA Disconnects on Windows 7, Must Be Manually Reconnected

I have a Windows 7 box running v79. I have PIA up and connected and happy, all is well. When I come back, PIA is disconnected and I have to reconnect it. Is there a way to force it to reconnect by itself? I am ethernet connected to my router, so no wifi involved. Also, I have a static IP address set.

Is there any setting I could perhaps have hosed?
