Sometimes PIA slows down and I need to reconnect on my main PC, but that is possibly due to that I'm using Wi-Fi. I've had no issues on any of my other devices like this.
My connection to US West was also dropping frequently. No warning just all of a sudden I was disconnected. Am now connecting to US California with no issues.
Secondly, erroneously sent a slow speed complaint through the desktop client but, it was for US California instead of for US West. Didn't realize you needed to be connected to the faulty server when sending. In other words, didn't realize that it sent an automatic report when you clicked the option. Might be considered a bug?
