How to make vpn load before bittorrent on startup

VPN is the last program to load on startup, which means bittorrent is working prior to vpn protection.  How do I get VPN to load earlier on startup of my computer using windows 10?  Thanks in advance

    Hello!
    I personally use https://www.r2.com.au/page/products/show/startup-delayer/ (the free version is more than enough for my needs).
    Simply put the VPN app in the "Normal Startup" category and the applications you want to connect through the VPN in the "Delayed" category :)

    I use VPNetMon. I have that and PIA load on startup. When VPNetMon detects my VPN connected, it starts my bittorrent client. It also kills bittorrents if I lose my VPN.
