Maintenance post-mortem - June 9, 2014
Dear Private Internet Access users,
On June 9th 2014, we performed a migration of our attack protection infrastructure.
Unfortunately, from approximately 21:52:42 UTC until 23:05:31 UTC, an issue with our HTTP routing prevented our website from being accessible through HTTP.
However, this did not affect users who have already accessed the website as they directly went to HTTPS, nor did this affect users who went to our website through the most common search engines. In addition, there was no impact on the VPN services.
Even though the impact was really minimum to our existing customers, we want to apologize to those whom were affected during this down time.
